We established the specification with the client’s traffic management supervisor, confirmed the Chapter 8 requirements and identified the Iveco Daily 72C18 chassis cab as the right base vehicle for the operation — suitable for crash cushion mounting, with the GVW and load capacity required for a full TM fit-out.
We sourced eight matched units through our UK supplier network and simultaneously coordinated with two specialist TM conversion workshops to split the build programme and compress the timeline. A single Vanadam account manager oversaw every conversion, enforcing a consistent specification across all eight vehicles so the fleet would operate as a uniform, interchangeable unit.
All vehicles were delivered to the client’s compound in the M62 corridor region, with handover documentation, operator packs and compliance certification provided for each unit.
