Single and double cab tippers for construction, waste and landscaping operations across the UK. Sourced, converted and delivered from 3.5t to 7.5t.
One partner. One account manager. Every stage handled.
Tipper vans are the backbone of construction logistics, waste removal and landscaping fleets. Available as single cab or crew cab configurations, they combine load-carrying capacity with working versatility on a compact, manoeuvrable platform.
Vanadam sources, specifies and manages the complete conversion of tipper vehicles from 3.5 tonnes through to 7.5 tonnes. Payload ranges, body dimensions and body materials — steel or alloy — are matched to your application. Whether you operate one van or run a fleet programme, we manage every stage through a single account manager.
We work with leading UK tipper body manufacturers to ensure every vehicle is built to specification, complies with all relevant regulations and is delivered ready for immediate use.

Shifting spoil, aggregates and building materials on-site and between locations. Single and crew cab options for small crews working across multiple jobs.
Moving soil, turf, bark and green waste efficiently. Alloy-bodied tippers keep payload weight low while resisting the corrosive effects of organic material.
Skip loading, trade waste and commercial refuse operations where a manoeuvrable, high-capacity tipper is required in restricted urban environments.
Highways maintenance, parks and amenities teams and public sector waste operations requiring compliant, Chapter 8 ready tipper vehicles.
Every tipper conversion is specified around your payload requirements, work environment and operational preferences. Standard and available options include:
Compact tipper on LWB van chassis. Ideal for trade, landscaping and urban waste work. Body lengths typically 8–10 ft.
Mid-range chassis cab tipper. Popular with groundworks and civil engineering contractors. Body lengths typically 10–12 ft.
Heavy-duty tipper for maximum payload on a C+E drivable platform. Body lengths typically 12–14 ft. Crew cab options available.
We identify the right base vehicle from our UK supplier network, matching GVW, cab type and payload specification to your exact requirements and budget.
We manage the entire body build and fitout with approved tipper specialists, overseeing quality, compliance and timeline throughout the conversion process.
We coordinate nationwide delivery and handover, ensuring every tipper arrives road-legal, compliant and ready for work on day one.
We take time to understand how your business works before recommending a specification. The right tipper for your work, not the easiest one to sell.
Fleet procurement and phased replacement programmes unlock better pricing across base vehicles and conversion costs. We pass those savings directly to you.
We source from Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Iveco, MAN, Peugeot, Vauxhall and more. No manufacturer bias. The best vehicle for your application.
Your account manager stays with you after delivery. If anything needs attention, you make one call. We handle the rest.
A single cab tipper has one row of seating for up to three occupants and maximises payload capacity. A crew cab tipper adds a second row of seating, typically carrying four to six people, making it the preferred option when teams need to travel together to site. Crew cab models carry a slightly reduced payload due to the additional cab structure and weight.
Steel bodies are more robust and better suited to heavy aggregate, demolition waste and abrasive materials. Alloy bodies are lighter, which increases net payload, and resist corrosion better — making them popular with landscaping, horticulture and waste operators. For 3.5t vans where every kilogram of payload matters, alloy is often the better choice. Our team will advise based on your load type.
A 3-way tipper can discharge its load rearward, to the nearside or to the offside. This provides much greater flexibility on congested sites or when tipping into specific bays and channels. Rear-only tip configurations are lower cost and suit straightforward bulk material operations. If you work in space-restricted environments, a 3-way tip is worth the additional investment.
Yes. Chapter 8 chevron kits and amber beacon systems can be specified as part of any tipper conversion. This is a common requirement for local authority, highways maintenance and traffic management operators. All Chapter 8 markings are fitted and certified to current UK Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions.
A standard tipper body conversion typically takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on body type, materials, additional fitout options and converter lead times. Rear-tip steel body conversions on stock base vehicles can sometimes be completed more quickly. We will give you a firm timeline at the point of specification sign-off.
Yes. Vanadam regularly manages phased fleet replacement programmes for operators running multiple tipper vehicles. We coordinate specification, procurement, conversion and delivery scheduling to minimise operational disruption, and volume requirements unlock better pricing across base vehicles and body builds.
Versatile flatbed and dropside bodies for loading from all sides. Ideal where a tipper is not required but open access matters.
